When You're Facing Workplace Injustice
You were treated unfairly. God sees it. Jesus purchased your vindication — in His time, in His way.
Welcome, friend.
Something happened at work that wasn't right. Maybe you were passed over for a promotion you deserved. Maybe someone took credit for your work. Maybe you've been harassed or discriminated against. Maybe you're facing retaliation for doing the right thing. The injustice burns. You want to fight back — and you should. But you need to fight the right way.
I want you to know today: God sees what happened. Nothing escapes His notice. He says, "Vengeance is mine — I will repay." That doesn't mean you don't take appropriate action. It means you don't have to carry the burden of making sure justice is served. Trust God to fight for you while you walk wisely.
Opening Prayer
Father, come near. We bring before You the one who has been treated unfairly at work. Give them wisdom for how to respond. Give them peace in the waiting. Vindicate them in Your time and in Your way. And protect their heart from bitterness. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Listen to me: Workplace injustice is real, and God has not ignored it. Jesus purchased your vindication.
When Jesus was falsely accused, He didn't defend Himself before Pilate. He trusted His vindication to the Father. That doesn't mean you don't take wise action — but it means your ultimate vindicator is God, not HR. Your reputation is in His hands. Your future is in His hands.
When you take Communion, you're saying: "I release the need to make sure they pay. I claim vindication in God's way and God's timing. I receive peace that protects my heart from bitterness. And I trust that God will make things right."

Please take the bread.

Reflection
This bread represents the body of Christ — broken so that every injustice would ultimately be made right. When you receive this bread, you receive the truth that God is your vindicator.
Prayer Over the Bread
Jesus, I thank You for Your broken body. I release the need to make sure they pay. I claim vindication in Your timing. By Your stripes, justice is coming. Thank You. Amen.

Reflection
When Jesus shed His blood, He purchased the peace that lets you sleep at night — even when the situation isn't resolved. When you receive this cup, you receive the peace that protects your heart from the poison of bitterness.
Prayer Over the Cup
Jesus, I thank You for Your blood. I claim peace in the waiting. I claim wisdom for my next step. By Your blood, I am protected from bitterness. Amen.
