Health Advocacy
IMPACT Black Kidney Health brings trusted kidney-health education, awareness, and patient/caregiver support closer to Black families disproportionately affected by kidney disease.
Patient & Caregiver Support
Support and education for individuals on dialysis and the caregivers who walk with them.
