A Prayer for Divine Guidance and Wise Decisions
Father God, I come before You in the name of Jesus, and I'm asking for DIVINE GUIDANCE in my business! I'm standing at a crossroads. I see multiple paths. I sense multiple opportunities. But I don't know which one is the RIGHT one!
I could go this direction or that direction. I could make this decision or that decision. But Father, I don't want to rely on my own understanding!
James 1:5 says: If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. So I'm ASKING! I'm asking for WISDOM! Not just intelligence — WISDOM! God's wisdom! Divine discernment!
Proverbs 3:5-6 says: Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. So I'm TRUSTING You! I'm LEANING on You! I'm ACKNOWLEDGING You in this decision!
Show me which way to go! Make the right path CLEAR! Let the wise decision STAND OUT! I ask for wisdom about hiring. Show me who to bring on my team. Show me who will be loyal and excellent.
I ask for wisdom about finances. Show me where to invest. Show me where to hold back. Show me how to steward what You've given me. I ask for wisdom about partnerships. Show me who to partner with and who to avoid. Give me discernment about people's hearts and motives.
I ask for wisdom about expansion. Show me when to grow and when to hold steady. Show me which markets to enter and which ones to leave alone. I'm not making decisions based on fear or greed. I'm making decisions based on Your WISDOM!
I declare that I HAVE divine wisdom! I declare that I MOVE with discernment! I declare that my decisions are GUIDED by the Holy Spirit! When I'm confused, clarity comes! When I'm uncertain, confirmation comes! When I'm at a crossroads, the right path becomes OBVIOUS!
Thank You for wisdom! Thank You for guidance! Thank You for showing me the way to go! Thank You for directing my steps! In the wisdom-giving and direction-providing name of Jesus, I pray. Amen!
