A Prayer for Excellence and Team Success

Father God, I come to You in the name of Jesus, and I'm asking for EXCELLENCE and TEAM SUCCESS in my business! I have people on my team and I need them to RISE UP! I need them to do excellent work! I need them to be COMMITTED and FAITHFUL!

Colossians 3:23-24 says: And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

So I'm asking my team to understand: This work is for the LORD! Not just for a paycheck! This work is SERVICE to God! Let that SHIFT something in their hearts! Let them see their work as MINISTRY! Let them approach it with EXCELLENCE!

I speak to my team: Rise up! Do your work with excellence! Represent the name of Jesus in how you treat customers, how you handle your responsibilities, how you show up every day!

I speak to the culture of my business: Be a place of EXCELLENCE! Be a place where people WANT to work! Be a place where God's presence is EVIDENT! I ask for protection over my team. Guard them from burnout. Guard them from discouragement. Guard them from the enemy trying to steal their joy.

I ask for VISION to fill their hearts! Give them a vision for what we're building together. Let them see themselves as part of something BIGGER than just a business!

Proverbs 22:29 says: Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings. So I'm praying for DILIGENCE to fill my team! Let them be DILIGENT! Let them EXCEL! Let them be the kind of workers who stand out!

I declare that my TEAM IS EXCELLENT! I declare that my EMPLOYEES are COMMITTED! I declare that the CULTURE of my business is STRONG! The work gets done! The customers are served! The business THRIVES because my team RISES UP!

Thank You for my team! Thank You for giving them gifts and abilities! Thank You for the desire in them to do excellent work! Thank You for team success! In the excellence-building and team-strengthening name of Jesus, I pray. Amen!
