I ask for healing of the wounds underneath this addiction. I ask for freedom from the shame. I ask for a healthy relationship with food.

I ask for balance. I ask for rest. I ask for the ability to stop working and simply be.
I ask for healing of the relationships damaged by my work addiction. I ask for peace about not accomplishing everything.
