Prayer for God's Timing

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I come before You trusting Your timing — even when I do not understand it. I thank You that You are never late. I thank You that You are never early. I thank You that Your timing is perfect, precise, and for my good — even when it does not match my calendar.

I acknowledge the impatience in my heart. I am ready for things to happen now. I am tired of waiting. I have been faithful, I have been obedient, I have done everything I know to do — and still the door has not opened. I do not know how much longer I can wait without an answer.

I confess that I have tried to rush Your timing. I have pushed doors You were not ready to open. I have run ahead of You and made messes You had to clean up. Forgive me for wanting Your promises without trusting Your process. Forgive me for treating Your timing as a delay rather than a design.

I plead the precious blood of Jesus over my waiting season — over the frustration, over the comparison, over the lie that says You have forgotten me. Cover my heart in Your peace. Cover my mind in Your trust.

I declare that God's timing is working for me, not against me. I declare that what is delayed is not denied. I declare that the waiting is not wasted — it is preparing me for what You have prepared for me. I declare that when the door opens, I will be ready — not desperate, not bitter, but prepared and positioned.

I commit to waiting well. I will not waste this season on complaining. I will not spend it comparing. I will use this time to draw near to You, to grow, to prepare, to become the person who can handle what is coming. Thank You that Your timing is trustworthy. Thank You that the wait is worth it. I love You. I honor You. I trust You with time itself. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
