Prayer for Grace

Father, I come before You on behalf of every person who needs Your grace — the grace that saves, the grace that sustains, the grace that carries.

Lord, Your Word says Your grace is sufficient for us — not abundant, not overflowing, but sufficient. And sufficiency is exactly what we need. Your grace is enough for every weakness, every failure, every hard day, every impossible situation. I ask You to pour out that sufficient grace over every person reading this prayer.

For the person who feels like they have failed too many times to be forgiven — I declare that Your grace is greater than their sin. Where sin abounded, grace abounded much more. There is no depth of failure that exceeds the height of Your grace. Receive it. Stop punishing yourself for what Jesus already paid for.

For the person walking through something they never could have imagined facing — I declare that Your grace will carry them. Not their strength, not their cleverness, not their ability to hold it together — Your grace. When they are weak, You are strong. Let Your power rest on them in their weakness.

For the person who needs grace for someone else — grace to forgive the unforgivable, grace to release the debt, grace to stop rehearsing the wound — I ask You to pour it out. Give them the supernatural ability to extend what they have received. Let them not hold against another what You have not held against them.

Father, I thank You that grace is a Person. Jesus Christ is full of grace and truth. In Him, we have received grace upon grace — wave after wave, never running dry, always fresh. Let this truth be more than theology — let it be life.

Thank You, Father, that we are saved by grace through faith — and we live the same way. Thank You that grace does not run out. Thank You that every morning, Your mercies are new.
