Prayer for Pregnancy

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for the life growing within. I thank You that You are the Author of life and that this child is fearfully and wonderfully made. Today I plead the precious blood of Jesus over this pregnancy — over the mother, over the baby, over every cell and every system being formed.

I pray for a healthy pregnancy. Let every organ form perfectly. Let every system function as You designed. Guard this baby from any abnormality, any complication, any attack of the enemy. This child is marked by the blood of Jesus.

I pray for the mother's body. Strengthen her. Sustain her through the tiredness, the changes, the discomfort. Let her body do what You created it to do. Give her peace when anxiety creeps in about the baby's health.

I pray for a safe delivery at the appointed time. Let there be no complications. Let the medical team have wisdom. Let this child enter the world surrounded by peace and the presence of God.

I speak destiny over this child. You have a plan and a purpose for this life — plans to prosper and not to harm, plans to give hope and a future. Let this child fulfill every day You have written in Your book.

I love You. I honor You. I give You all the glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
