About the Founder
Meet Nicole Washington
Nicole Washington founded FAB Women to create a space where women can be their authentic selves—faithful in their convictions, anointed for their purpose, and blessed in their communities.
With a heart for women's empowerment and spiritual growth, Nicole leads this movement to help women discover their unique gifts, overcome limitations, and step boldly into their destinies. She believes that when women come together with faith, vision, and purpose, extraordinary things happen.
Through FAB Women, Nicole invites you to join a sisterhood where you're celebrated for who you are, challenged to grow, and equipped to become your best self.

What Happens in a FAB Women Session
- Opening prayer and Scripture meditation to center our hearts
- Check-in round — each woman shares where she really is, no filter
- Topic discussion guided by Nicole or a guest facilitator
- Breakout small groups for deeper conversation and prayer
- Closing affirmation and Scripture to carry into the week
- Optional: stay after for informal connection time

FAB Women is for any woman who has ever felt alone in her struggle — women navigating chronic illness, grief, relationship challenges, career transitions, faith deconstruction, or simply the exhaustion of holding it all together.
