Prayer Before School

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge." — Proverbs 1:7

School is more than academics — it is a place of growth, relationships, and discovery. This prayer covers students as they learn, covering their focus, safety, and interactions throughout the day.

Prayer Before School

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for school. I thank You for the opportunity to learn and grow. I thank You for teachers and classmates. I thank You for the privilege of education. Today I plead the precious blood of Jesus over this school day, over my learning, over my interactions, over my safety, and over God's protection and blessing.

I thank You that I can learn and grow in this environment. I thank You for wisdom to understand what I am learning. I thank You for focus during the day. I thank You for kind relationships with teachers and classmates. I thank You for safety in this place.

I thank You that I am going to have a good day at school. I thank You that I am learning and growing. I thank You that I am safe and protected. I thank You that I am making a difference.

I love You. I honor You. I give You all the glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
