Before Treatment

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." — Philippians 4:6

Before you go into that treatment room or procedure — stop and acknowledge God. He is present in that medical space that might feel clinical and impersonal but is not hidden from His sight.

Short Declarations

I go into this treatment covered by the blood of Jesus. God is present in this room. The hands of the medical team are guided by wisdom. I am not afraid. I receive what my body needs today. This treatment is working for my healing. God is doing something in this session — visibly and invisibly. I come out of this stronger than I went in. Angels are present in this space. I trust God with my body today.

A Prayer Before Treatment

Father God, before I go into this treatment or procedure I want to stop and acknowledge You.

You are present here. In this room. In this moment. In this medical space that might feel clinical and impersonal but is not hidden from Your sight.

I ask You to cover this time.

Cover the medical team — give them wisdom, clarity, skilled hands, and sharp attention. Cover my body — let it receive what it needs and respond the way it is designed to. Cover my mind — replace anxiety with the peace that passes understanding. Cover the atmosphere in this room — let Your presence be real here even if no one else names it.

I trust You, Father, with my body today.

You made it. You know it. You hold it.

And whatever happens in this session — You are in it.

I receive that truth and I go in faith.

In Jesus' name. Amen.
