Prayer for Beginning the Week

A new week is an opportunity to live out your purpose. This prayer helps you commit your schedule, meetings, relationships, and goals to God before the week unfolds.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for this week. I thank You for the opportunity to live out my purpose. I thank You for the plans You have for me. Today I plead the precious blood of Jesus over this week, over my schedule, over my meetings, over my relationships, and over God's direction and blessing.

I thank You that I can trust You with the week ahead. I thank You for the ability to plan and work. I thank You for wisdom in how to spend my time. I thank You for discernment about what is important. I thank You for the ability to be present in each moment.

I thank You that this week is going to be productive and purposeful. I thank You that I am moving toward my goals. I thank You that God is directing my steps. I thank You that this week will be blessed.

I love You. I honor You. I give You all the glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
