During Treatment

"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures." — Psalm 23:1-2

In the chair. In the room. Connected to the process. God is there — like He was in the furnace with the three Hebrew boys, like He was in the den with Daniel, like He was on the water with Peter. Near enough to catch you.

Short Declarations — Speak Quietly or Internally During Treatment

God is here with me right now. This time is not wasted — it is purposeful. I receive what my body needs in this moment. I am at peace. The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. Even here — His rod and His staff comfort me. I am being sustained right now. Something good is happening in my body right now. I trust the process. God is faithful even in this chair, this room, this moment.

A Prayer During Treatment

Father God, I am here.

In this chair. In this room. Connected to this process.

And You are here too.

That is what I want to hold onto right now.

Not the discomfort. Not the clock. Not the uncertainty. Not the weariness that comes from doing this over and over.

You. Here. With me.

Like You were in the furnace with the three Hebrew boys — a fourth man, present and unscorched. Like You were in the den with Daniel — peace in the middle of the lions. Like You were on the water with Peter — near enough to catch him when he started to sink.

You are near right now.

I receive Your peace. I receive Your presence. I receive Your strength for these hours.

And when this session is over I will walk out still believing.

In Jesus' name. Amen.
