Prayer for Ending the Week

As the week draws to a close, take a moment to reflect, release, and rest. This prayer helps you look back with gratitude for what God has accomplished through you and prepare your heart for rest.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for this week. I thank You for every moment, every person, every opportunity. I thank You for what You have accomplished through me. Today I plead the precious blood of Jesus over this week as it ends, over my reflection, over my rest, and over God's complete satisfaction with the work.

I thank You that I can rest knowing the week is complete. I thank You for the ability to look back and see Your hand at work. I thank You for lessons learned. I thank You for relationships strengthened. I thank You for work accomplished.

I thank You that this week is complete. I thank You that I can rest knowing God has blessed the work of my hands. I thank You that I am ready for rest. I thank You that next week will bring new opportunities.

I love You. I honor You. I give You all the glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
