A Morning Prayer
"In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly." — Psalm 5:3
Each morning is a fresh start. Yesterday is forgiven and finished. Today holds new possibilities. This prayer helps you begin the day intentionally — inviting God's presence before you step into anything else.
A Morning Prayer
Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for this new day. I thank You that Your mercies are new every morning. I thank You that this is the day You have made. Today I plead the precious blood of Jesus over this day, over my schedule, over my decisions, over my interactions, and over God's complete protection and provision.
I thank You that I can come before You at the beginning of the day and ask for direction. I thank You for a fresh start today. I thank You that yesterday is forgiven and finished. I thank You that today holds new possibilities. I thank You that I can choose to be intentional and present.
I thank You that this day is filled with Your presence. I thank You that I am moving through this day with purpose. I thank You that I am being guided and protected. I thank You that this day is blessed.
I love You. I honor You. I give You all the glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
