Physical Strength & Energy

My strength is renewed like the eagle's. I mount up with wings today. I run and I do not grow weary. I walk and I do not faint. My body has energy for what God has called me to do today. I am stronger than I was yesterday. Vitality is flowing through me. My body is responding to God's life in me. I am not too tired to fulfill my purpose today. God is the source of my strength and His supply is unlimited.

Father God, I need physical strength today.

Real, practical, body-level strength.

There are things to do today. Places to be. People who need me present and engaged. And I am asking You to provide the physical energy that makes all of that possible.

You are the God who renewed Elijah under the juniper tree. You are the God who fed him and told him the journey was too great. You understood what his body needed. You met him there — practically, physically, with food and rest and a word of direction.

Meet me there today.

Whatever my body needs to function well today — provide it. Energy. Clarity. Stamina. The ability to focus and to follow through.

I am not asking to be superhuman. I am asking to be sustained.

And You are more than capable of that.
