Prayer for Restoration
"I will restore to you the years that the locusts have eaten." — Joel 2:25
What has been broken can be made whole. God is in the business of restoration — of hearts, relationships, years, and joy. This prayer is for everyone who is waiting for God to put the pieces back together.
A Prayer for Restoration
Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for restoration. I thank You that what has been broken can be made whole. I thank You that You are in the business of putting people back together. Today I plead the precious blood of Jesus over what has been broken, over my restoration, over my healing, over what has been lost, and over God's complete restoration and wholeness.
I thank You that You restore what the locusts have eaten. I thank You for healing that comes over time. I thank You for wholeness that is possible. I thank You for relationships that can be restored. I thank You for joy that returns.
I thank You that I am being restored. I thank You that I am becoming whole. I thank You that what was broken is being healed. I thank You that my life is being restored.
I love You. I honor You. I give You all the glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Confession of Faith
- • I confess that restoration is possible.
- • I confess that God can heal what is broken.
- • I confess that I am being restored.
- • I confess that wholeness is coming.
Declaration
I declare that I am being restored by God.
I declare that I am becoming whole.
I declare that what was broken is being healed.
I declare that my restoration is complete.
