Access to a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with audio and video capability.

A Quiet, Respectful Meeting Space

A private or reasonably quiet place where you can lead or assist with a group without major distractions.

Good Communication Skills

The ability to speak clearly, listen well, respond with kindness, and help guide group conversation in a respectful way.

Consistency and Reliability

The willingness to show up on time, communicate in advance when unavailable, and help maintain a dependable group schedule.

Respect for Confidentiality

A commitment to honoring the privacy of group members and not sharing personal stories, prayer requests, or sensitive information outside the group.

A Positive and Encouraging Attitude

A spirit of patience, compassion, hope, and respect for people from different backgrounds and life experiences.

Willingness to Follow Ministry Guidelines

All volunteer leaders will be expected to follow Nicole Washington Ministries' group guidelines, meeting structure, and standards for creating a safe and supportive environment.

Helpful, But Not Required

Previous experience leading small groups, prayer groups, Bible studies, support groups, or online meetings is helpful, but it is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
