You are welcome here — exactly as you are. Whether you have been believing God for a child for years, just started trying and are already feeling the weight of waiting, are carrying a precious life inside you right now, or are healing from the deep wound of pregnancy loss — this Communion Service was prepared for you.
The desire for a child runs deep. It is woven into the fabric of who we are — a reflection of God's own creative heart. And when that desire goes unfulfilled, when another month brings another disappointment, when you see baby showers and birth announcements and wonder when it will be your turn — it can feel like carrying an invisible weight that no one else can see.
"Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him." — Psalm 127:3
Opening Prayer
Father God,
I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ — the Author of life, the One who formed every human being in the secret place and knit them together in the womb. Thank You that You are not distant from this desire. Thank You that You understand the ache, the waiting, the hope that rises and falls with every cycle.
Lord, I bring my womb before You. I bring my body, my fertility, my hopes for conception. If I am carrying a child right now, I bring this pregnancy before You — every cell, every organ, every stage of development. If I am still waiting, I bring the waiting itself. If I am healing from loss, I bring that grief and that fragile hope that still flickers.
I quiet my heart now. I set aside the charts, the calendars, the statistics, and the voices that say it is too late or too hard or too unlikely. I fix my eyes on You — the God who opened wombs that had been closed for decades, the God who gave Sarah a son at ninety, the God who gave Hannah the child she wept for. Meet me at this Table.

Read these verses again — slowly. Let them sink past your ears and into your spirit.
Short Teaching
Psalm 127:3 calls children a heritage and a reward. Not a lottery ticket. Not a random outcome. A reward from the Lord. God is not stingy with rewards — He gives them generously. And the same God who created the first life from dust and the first woman from a rib is the One who holds the keys to conception, pregnancy, and birth.
Scripture is filled with stories of women who faced impossible odds and yet held children in their arms. Sarah was ninety years old. Rebekah was barren until Isaac prayed. Rachel waited years while her sister had child after child. Hannah wept in the temple, and her lips moved in silent prayer, and God remembered her. Elizabeth was called barren — but she became the mother of John the Baptist. In every story, God was not late. He was never early. He was always exactly on time.
When you take Communion as someone believing for a child or carrying one, you are aligning your body with the finished work of Christ. The bread represents His body — broken so your body could function according to God's design. The cup represents His blood — the blood that speaks life over your womb and declares God's covenant promises over your family. Every cell in your body answers to its Creator. Every reproductive system must submit to the One who designed it. At this Table, you declare that Jesus' body and blood are the final word over your fertility — not a diagnosis, not a statistic, not a calendar.
If you are carrying a child right now, Communion is an act of covering your pregnancy in the blood of Jesus — declaring protection over every stage of development, peace over every prenatal appointment, and health over both mother and baby. If you are healing from loss, this Table is a place to bring that grief and to receive the hope that God is not finished with your story. Your tears are not wasted. Your longing is not ignored. The God who counts every star and calls them by name counts every tear and holds every dream.
Part One
The Bread
His Body — Broken So Your Body Bears Life
Prayer Over the Bread
Lord Jesus,
I hold this bread, and I remember Your body — the body that was formed in Mary's womb, the body that grew from a single cell into a baby, the body that took its first breath in a Bethlehem stable. You understand life from conception to birth. You understand the miracle of a heartbeat beginning where there was none before.
By Your wounds, I receive wholeness for my body — for my reproductive system, for my hormones, for every organ and system involved in conception and pregnancy. I speak life over my womb. I declare that my body functions according to God's original design. I receive supernatural alignment with the created order — the order that says life begets life.
If I am carrying a child, I speak wholeness over this pregnancy. I speak perfect development — every cell, every organ, every system forming exactly as God intended. I speak protection over this baby — that the enemy would have no access, that complications would have no foothold, that this pregnancy would go full term and this child would arrive healthy and strong.
Amen.
Receive the Bread
Take the bread now. Eat it slowly. As you do, receive the wholeness that Christ's broken body purchased for your body — wholeness to conceive, wholeness to carry, wholeness to bring forth life.

Part Two
The Cup
His Blood — The Covenant of Life and Promise
Prayer Over the Cup
Lord Jesus,
I hold this cup, and I remember Your blood — the blood of the New Covenant, the blood that speaks life over death and hope over barrenness. Your blood is the blood of eternal life, and it carries the power to create life where there has been none.
I plead Your blood over my womb. I plead Your blood over the reproductive process — that every hormone would be balanced, every cycle would be aligned, every system would function in divine order. I plead Your blood against every diagnosis that says conception is impossible — PCOS, endometriosis, low ovarian reserve, male factor infertility — every word spoken against my fertility must bow to the blood of Jesus.
If I am carrying a child, I plead Your blood over this pregnancy. I plead Your blood over the placenta, the umbilical cord, the amniotic fluid — that everything would function perfectly. I plead Your blood over every prenatal visit — that every scan would show health, every test would bring good news. I plead Your blood over the day of delivery — that it would be safe, peaceful, and protected.
If I have lost a child, I plead Your blood over my heart. I ask You to heal the wound that loss has left. I ask You to redeem what was taken. I declare that the enemy does not get the final word over my family — the blood of Jesus does.
Thank You, Jesus, for the New Covenant in Your blood. Amen.
Receive the Cup
Drink now. As you do, receive the fullness of the New Covenant over your fertility and your family. Let the blood of Jesus speak life and promise over your womb.

Closing Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for this time at Your Table. Thank You for the body and blood of Jesus — for the life, healing, and covenant promises they represent. I believe that Psalm 127:3 is true for me: children are a heritage from You, a reward from Your hand.
I leave this Table carrying hope that is not based on a calendar or a test result. I leave carrying the truth that my body is not broken — it is covered by the blood of Jesus and functioning under His authority. Whether I conceive this month or next year, whether this pregnancy is easy or challenging — I trust the Author of life with the story He is writing.
Walk with me now, Holy Spirit. When disappointment knocks, remind me of the promises I received at this Table. When I see other women holding their babies and feel the ache in my own arms, remind me that You are not withholding — You are working. When doubt whispers that it will never happen, let Your voice speak louder: the God who opened barren wombs is still the same God today.
I seal this Communion in the precious blood of Jesus. Every word spoken over my fertility and my family at this Table is sealed in the courts of heaven. The Author of life has heard my prayer. The Giver of every good gift has not forgotten me.
In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
