Finding Your Voice

Father God, You gave me a voice — and somewhere along the way, I lost it. Maybe someone told me to be quiet. Maybe I learned that speaking up was dangerous. Maybe I just convinced myself that what I have to say isn't important enough to be heard. But You didn't create me to be silent.

Help me to find my voice again. Not someone else's voice — not the voice I think I'm supposed to have — but the authentic voice You gave me. Help me to know what I actually think and feel, not just what I've been told to think and feel.

Give me the courage to use my voice — to speak up when something is wrong, to share my story when it might help someone else, to say the hard thing that needs to be said. Remove the fear of what others will think.

And give me wisdom to know when to speak and when to listen. A voice is not just for talking — it's for knowing when silence is the more powerful choice. Let my words be few but meaningful. Let them build up, not tear down.

I trust that the story You are writing in my life is meant to be told. Give me the platform You want me to have — not bigger than I'm ready for, not smaller than I'm called to. Let my voice be used for Your glory and the good of others.
